Terms of Service (Public Offer)
Effective date: October 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a public offer by RODEO MEDIA LLC ("Company", "we", "us") to enter into an agreement for access to the online educational program "CULT" (the "Program") on the conditions below. By paying for the Program, paying a reservation deposit, or otherwise accessing the Program, you ("Participant", "you") accept these Terms in full.

1. Subject of the agreement
1.1. The Company provides the Participant with access to the Program, an online course on personal branding and content creation, in the plan selected by the Participant (Standard, Mentor Group or VIP), as described on the Program page at the time of purchase.
1.2. The Program is delivered online through live workshops, recorded lessons, a learning platform, group chats and other formats described on the Program page. The Company may update the content, schedule, speakers and platforms of the Program, provided the overall scope of the selected plan is not materially reduced.
1.3. The Program is informational and educational. It is not a licensed degree program and does not result in a state-recognized diploma or certificate.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
2.1. These Terms are accepted when the Participant completes payment (in full, by installments, or by deposit) or first accesses Program materials, whichever comes first.
2.2. The Participant must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Prices are listed in US dollars on the Program page and apply at the time of payment. The Company may change prices for future purchases at any time.
3.2. Payment is made through the third-party payment providers available on the Program page. Payment is considered complete when funds are received by the Company or its payment provider. The Participant is responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges or taxes charged by their own bank or jurisdiction.
3.3. A reservation deposit locks in the current price and is credited toward the full price of the selected plan. The balance must be paid before the Program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4. Installment plans are offered through third-party providers or by individual agreement with the Company. If an installment payment is missed, the Company may suspend access until the outstanding amount is paid.
4. Access
4.1. Access to Program materials is personal and is provided for the period specified for the selected plan (4 months for Standard, 6 months for Mentor Group and VIP), counted from the Program start date.
4.2. Access is granted to the email address or account provided at checkout. The Participant must not share login credentials or give access to third parties.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Participant obligations
6.1. The Participant agrees to treat other participants, mentors and staff respectfully, and not to post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or spam content in Program chats and calls.
6.2. The Company may suspend or terminate access without refund if the Participant materially breaches these Terms, including by sharing or reselling Program materials or by abusive behavior.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. All Program materials, including videos, recordings, workbooks, templates, checklists, texts and graphics, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
7.2. The Participant receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own learning during the access period. Copying, recording, distributing, publishing, reselling or using the materials to create competing courses is prohibited.
7.3. Content the Participant creates during the Program (videos, posts, accounts) belongs to the Participant. The Participant grants the Company a non-exclusive right to share their results, reviews and public content as case studies, with attribution, unless the Participant objects in writing to rodeamedia@gmail.com.
8. No guarantee of results
8.1. Results described on the Program page, including follower growth and income, are examples from individual participants. They are not typical and are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the Participant's effort, consistency, niche, platform algorithms and other factors outside the Company's control.
8.2. Nothing in the Program is legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. The Program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data, or for the actions of third-party platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Zoom, Telegram and payment providers).
9.2. The Company's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by the Participant for the Program.
10. Governing law and disputes
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10.2. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally by writing to rodeamedia@gmail.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer protection law of the Participant's country of residence provides otherwise.
11. Changes and term
11.1. The Company may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version in effect on the date of purchase applies to that purchase.
11.2. These Terms remain in effect until the end of the Participant's access period or until terminated under Section 6.2.
