By submitting a form on this website, paying for the CULT program, or checking the corresponding box, I give RODEO MEDIA LLC (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) my free, specific and informed consent to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data covered

Name, email address, phone or messenger number, social media handles, payment confirmation details, and information I provide during the Program, as well as technical data collected automatically by the website.

2. Purposes

Registering me for the Program, providing access and support, processing payments and refunds, communicating with me about the Program, and meeting legal obligations.

3. Actions with the data

Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy (including transfers outside my country), and deletion.

4. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw consent at any time by emailing rodeamedia@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it, and the Company may continue processing where required to perform a contract or comply with law.
